“A very pleasant experience…”
Jeff P.
Marleton, New Jersey
This patient was playing air hockey when the puck jumped off the table fracturing her two front teeth. She brought me the two pieces of teeth and I bonded them back on. This is a very conservative cosmetic procedure that can quickly restore the smile without needing root canals and crowns (caps). The patient was extremely happy to have her smile back.
Our patient had fractured a bit of her front tooth on a Cherry pit and was very upset. She was very happy after we cosmetically bonded her tooth.

Our patient was feeling quite disheartened about his very-visible fractured tooth. We managed to repair his tooth and restore his smile with our bonding treatment, which took just 20 minutes. Now, he can’t stop smiling.
Our patient was very unhappy with the past bonding that was done years ago. We restored her smile with 6 full porcelain crowns and our patient was very happy with her new smile
Our patient was not happy with her chipped and bonded lower teeth. In this case we did direct cosmetic bonding to improve her smile….and
Smile she did
Jeff sought us out after he lost one of his front teeth. Replacing a single front tooth, especially when that tooth is in the highly-visible upper arch, can be quite tricky. It’s not easy to match the cosmetics of the replacement tooth to the adjacent upper tooth.
Jeff is all smiles after we filled his gap with an attractive crown supported by an implant. When placed in the upper jaw, the implant acts as a natural tooth root. Once the tooth is restored with a porcelain crown, it is held in place securely by the implant in the jawbone. For the most cosmetic result, the abutment that connects the implant to the crown is made from Zirconia ceramic. Dental ceramics replicate the unique properties of natural tooth structure.
Kyle was very unhappy with the look of his smile. It’s clear to see why. There is no hiding a missing front tooth, especially when that tooth resides in the upper jaw. This case presented a big challenge for us. It’s not easy to match the missing, upper central incisor to its neighbor next door – right in the middle of the smile.
We opted to replace the missing tooth with a dental implant. For the most cosmetically appealing result, Kyle’s implant was fitted with an abutment made from Zirconia ceramic. The abutment connects the implant or replacement tooth root to the overlying restoration. Custom Zirconia is a natural-looking alternative to metal abutments that are silver- or gray-colored. Since Zirconia is the color of a real tooth, it blends in seamlessly with the rest of the tooth. The gray metal doesn’t peek through the gums. Once we topped that aesthetic implant with a full porcelain crown, Kyle loved and was thrilled with the results. We rebuilt Kyle’s tooth. So, it matched the adjacent tooth perfectly.
Our Patient lost her front tooth – and did not want to wear a removable partial or to cut down teeth to have a bridge made. The Smile Makeover included a dental implant, abutment, and porcelain crown.
Dentistry and dental implant completed by Dr Ron Briglia and Dr John Nikas.
Our patient had lost his four front lower incisor teeth. He did not want to deal with a lower removable partial denture . The treatment decided upon was a fixed dental implant restoration . Three lower implants were placed and a four unit implant bridge was made to be put in and not come out. Our patient had a very strong bite and can eat any foods . He is very happy he made this choice to have teeth that don’t move or come out
When Mark visited us, his teeth were in bad shape. We couldn’t save any of his natural teeth. We recommended that Mark replace his upper teeth with a denture, held in place by natural suction. For the lower teeth, we suggested a denture stabilized with four dental implants. The denture’s underside is designed with attachments that securely “snap” into a support bar affixed to the implants. This approach addresses the inherent challenges associated with full lower dentures; they tend to slip when patients eat and speak as there is no natural suction due to the anatomy of the lower jaw and floor of the mouth. Conventional dentures “sit” on the ridge or bony tissue that surrounds the tooth roots. They must be held in place with products such as denture adhesives. Plus, these dentures don’t keep the supportive bone strong. Within one year, 15% to 20% of the bone’s height and width will melt away. This destructive process continues indefinitely.
Mark loves his new smile! He just removes the dentures every night and snaps the lower denture back onto the implant bar the following morning. Since the implants are designed to replace tooth roots, the denture isn’t going anywhere. Bone remains strong and healthy and doesn’t melt away. Mark laughs, smiles, speaks, and eats confidently – no embarrassing slippage, and no messy creams – no hassle.
Our patient decided to have a single tooth implant as opposed to a harder to clean 3-unit bridge in this lower molar area. A single tooth implant functions like a regular tooth and is flossed like a real tooth. A 3-unit bridge requires the adjacent teeth to be ground down and the result is three teeth joined together. This bridge will require a floss threader to clean underneath it each day and studies show they are more prone to being lost by decay as time goes on. At this point in time, a single implant and crown is the best option long term. Our patient was very happy with his “new” tooth
Our patient was unhappy with his open bite and how they were ground down. Our patient had orthodontic treatment before we completed his upper smile makeover. His smile makeover included 6 upper front porcelain crowns . Our patient is thrilled with his new smile!
This young patient came in on an emergency after fracturing his two front teeth in a fall. As a temporary measure we did some cosmetic bonding that day and our young man was very happy with the results . He may need full porcelain crowns or possible root canals in these teeth due to the trauma
Our patient had been away from dentistry for many , many years. As a smoker, he experienced staining of his teeth as well. Since he is a grinder, we had to ensure the porcelain used was very strong. His smile makeover included upper front porcelain crowns. We are completing a phased treatment plan and will continue our care over time. Our patient is thrilled with his new smile!
When Anne looked in the mirror, all she saw were her four yellow, worn front teeth. Needless to say, Anne was very unhappy with the appearance of her smile. Previously, these teeth had been treated with veneers. But, like natural teeth, over time dental materials can start to show their age.
Anne’s case called for these old, failing veneers to be replaced with a brand-new set, fabricated from quality dental porcelain. Designed down to the finest detail these stain-resistant, natural-looking, and durable veneers were securely fixed to the front surfaces of her teeth. Once Anne saw her new teeth, she couldn’t stop smiling. And we agree; she looks gorgeous. Moreover, she feels much better and more confident with her improved smile. These veneers are designed to last and last, with routine and consistent oral care.
Our patient was unhappy with his chipped and dark stained teeth. He elected to have Porcelain Veneers to improve and brighten his smile. Many years of playing ice hockey had taken a toll on his teeth, and he was thrilled with his new smile.

Our patient was unhappy with the look of her front four top teeth. She was thrilled when we placed her new porcelain crowns and said she wished she had restored these teeth years ago.
Our patient had two old porcelain crowns on her two front teeth that she was very unhappy about. She felt that they did not match her other teeth. She had wanted a full smile makeover for many years. We completed a full upper smile makeover with porcelain crowns fabricated by a top cosmetic lab. Our patient was thrilled with her new smile … and couldn’t stop smiling.
Our patient was not happy with her smile or her short lateral incisor tooth. She was thrilled with her smile makeover and was very happy to have a normal sized tooth
In this case our patient was not happy with her old porcelain crowns. We restored and replaced her old porcelain crowns and the above two photos show the results after her work was placed. She was much happier with her new porcelain crowns and said she was more confident now when she smiles
Our patient had porcelain veneers done a long time ago, but lost one of the veneers and was unhappy about the current staining and appearance. We used a top cosmetic dental lab and restored the front 4 teeth, but not the canine (eye teeth). Our patient was thrilled with her new smile and said she no longer tries to hide her smile and feels much more confident in public.
